Sigital is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow technical consultant with a focus on implementations in the IT Operations Management (ITOM) line of applications to join our team. This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical implementations to ensure customer engagements are successfully delivered. The consultant will have the ability to guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements. Experience delivering solutions with other ServiceNow applications is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
● Lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions including configuring and workflow design and implementation.
● Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other members of the project team, including industry partners working as part of the same project team.
● Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their associated processes.
● Serve as a liaison between client and technical implementation team
● Lead presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders as well as working as part of a team to implement solutions in Agile-Scrum framework by writing epics and user stories.
● Ensuring process-related deliverables to clients are complete, consistent, high quality, and timely, and delivering valued outcomes.
● Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of process best practices and standards.
● Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Qualifications
● The qualified candidate will have a minimum of two + years of recent technical experience as a ServiceNow ITOM technical consultant as well as demonstrable experience with successfully delivering customer implementations of ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications.
● Must have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting Windows/Linux server and network issues.
● ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Discovery- Required
● ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals- Required
● ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Event Management- Desired
● ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Service Mapping- Desired
● ServiceNow Certificate Inventory and Management- Desired
● Strong understanding of ServiceNow functions, processes, and best practices.
● Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology, including creation of user stories.
● Strong interpersonal skills, client centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
● Proven team player and team builder.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Must be a US Citizen and located in the US
